Platform: Icetea by Zovhra Inc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Icetea platform ("Icetea," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

Icetea is a precision social platform. By accessing the system, you agree to follow the builder's protocol as outlined in these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Icetea. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to be created by ineligible individuals will be terminated immediately.

3. Content Moderation & Safety

3.1 Sanitization

All content — including posts, threads, metadata, and user-generated media — is automatically sanitized for system safety. Zovhra Inc. reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any content at its sole discretion.

3.2 Rate Limits

To protect the ecosystem and ensure fair access, we enforce an Industrial Post Limit of 5 posts/threads per 10-minute interval. Exceeding this limit may trigger a temporary cooldown. Repeated violations may result in longer restrictions or account suspension.

3.3 Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Automated spam or bot-generated content
  • Malicious code, injections, or scripts
  • Content that disrupts the "flow state" of the platform
  • Harassment, hate speech, or threats
  • Illegal activities or content promoting harm

4. Social Mechanics

4.1 Interactions

Systems such as Likes, Dislikes, and Reposts serve as telemetry for our ranking algorithm. These interactions help personalize your experience but do not constitute legally binding endorsements.

4.2 Private Accounts

Following a private account requires explicit approval from the account holder. Content within private accounts is restricted to authorized followers only. Zovhra Inc. does not access private content except as required for security or legal compliance.

5. Subscriptions (Pro & Teault)

5.1 Premium Entitlements

Icetea Pro and Teault are premium subscription tiers that provide enhanced system access, including but not limited to: higher rate limits, exclusive features, and priority support.

5.2 Billing & Payments

All subscriptions are processed via RevenueCat. Billing is handled through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms and refund policies of those respective platforms.

5.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple and Google. Zovhra Inc. does not issue direct refunds.

6. AI Chat Data Collection

6.1 Data Collection

Icetea includes AI-powered chat features. We collect and store your AI chat usage data — including but not limited to:

  • Conversation text (questions, replies, context)
  • Message timestamps
  • User feedback (thumbs up/down, corrections, ratings)
  • Chat session duration and frequency

6.2 Purpose of Collection

This data is used exclusively to train, fine-tune, and improve our AI models so that the AI becomes better at understanding users, responding naturally, and providing helpful conversations. The goal is to make every chat feel more human, accurate, and useful over time.

6.3 Anonymization & Privacy

Before being used for training, all AI chat data is anonymized and de-identified:

  • Your username, email, and account ID are removed
  • Any personally identifiable information (PII) you accidentally share (names, phone numbers, addresses) is filtered or redacted where technically feasible
  • Training data is aggregated across many users — no individual conversation can be traced back to you

6.4 Opt-Out Option

If you do not wish for your AI chat data to be used for training, you may opt out at any time via:

  • Settings → Privacy → AI Training Data within the Icetea app
  • Emailing privacy@zovhra.com with your account ID

7. User-Generated Content License

You retain full ownership of all content you post, upload, or share on Icetea ("Your Content").

By posting Your Content on Icetea, you grant Zovhra Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.

8. System Integrity & Zero Tolerance Policy

Icetea is a closed ecosystem. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any attempt to disrupt, degrade, or compromise the platform.

8.1 Anti-Spam

Any user found deploying automated bots, scrapers, or low-utility noise will have their account permanently blacklisted.

8.2 Hardware Bans

We utilize hardware fingerprinting technology. Violating system integrity results in a permanent Hardware ID Ban. Your device will never access Icetea again.

9. Intellectual Property

The Icetea architecture, algorithms, recommendation systems, and Zovhra design system are proprietary intellectual property of ZOVHRA INC.
